Page for Custom Products Please, remember that products ordered from this page are custom, so we will need to be in contact with you via email or phone to complete your orders. It is preferred that we do this before we accept payment to make sure we can do the project for you first. Please write to Dan at sales@moldwarehouse.com if you have any questions. You can also call me during normal business hours Mountain Time at 520-622-8663. If we have to provide the artwork, or have to make major changes to it, there will be additional fees above the cost of the mold orders as shown below. We require a black and white image at least 300 DPI (not gray scale) to make the photo engraving type molds we do, and hand modeled molds have to be individually quoted for each job. Custom molds are usually shipped within 10 business days, reorders of existing molds are often shipped on the same day, but due to circumstances that may be beyond our control, it may take longer. We try our best to get custom molds done and shipped as fast as possible, but custom products may require special circumstances and we want our customers to be totally satisfied with our products, so leave plenty of time for your molds to make it for your next event! :-) Set up fee for custom molds for chocolate or soap bars is $75.00 plus shipping (automatically done by the shopping cart) and you get 6 single cavity custom molds with that order. Additional custom molds are only $5.00 each during time of order. ORDER
