This
mold is for casting concrete guards to protect your lawn sprinklers
and has a 4 inch opening to accommodate pop up sprinklers that require
at least that much room to work. The low profile will help you avoid
damage to your sprinklers while mowing and trimming. You can cast these
with or without wire reinforcement, and they can also be cast in colors
or painted once the concrete is cured out and dry.
The
castings can also be used for holding round objects in place such as
garden gazing balls or also used to elevate pots or isolate plants in
a garden setting.
Does
not take much concrete to fill this mold, so you can make a lot of them
using very little concrete and save a bundle on buying them. Once you
have the mold or as many as you need to keep on hand, you can always
replace your sprinkler guards any time you need to.
